Kazakh President calls for UN modernization, greater regional powers' role

ASTANA. June 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has urged reforms to modernize the United Nations and empower middle powers to address regional challenges, in an article marking the organization’s 80th anniversary published in The Hill.
