ASTANA. June 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's Majilis on Wednesday approved Senate-amended financial reforms requiring first-time borrowers to appear in person at banks, part of sweeping consumer protection measures that also ease foreign bank entry and empower institutions to combat surging financial fraud.
