Kazakhstan introduces criminal penalties for money mule schemes and forced marriage


ASTANA. July 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a law introducing criminal liability for financial fraud schemes known as money mule schemes and for forcing individuals into marriage.
