Lukoil to build canal to solve problem of delivering supplies for Kazakhstan project amid shallowing of Caspian Sea

MOSCOW. July 28 (Interfax) - KazMunayGas (KMG) and Lukoil are to build a canal in the Caspian Sea to deliver supplies enabling oil extraction at the Kalamkas-Sea and Khazar fields, the project participants said in an environmental impact report.
