China to build Kazakhstan's third nuclear power plant - Sklyar

ASTANA. July 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan will partner with China to build its third nuclear power plant, First Deputy Prime Minister Roman Sklyar announced Thursday.
