Kazakh president calls for closing urban-rural education gap

ASTANA. Aug. 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Friday emphasized the need to eliminate disparities in education quality between urban and rural areas, stating all children in the country should have equal learning opportunities.
