Kazakhstan plans to cut budget deficit to 0.9% of GDP by 2028 – deputy prime minister


ASTANA. Aug 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s budget deficit is projected at 2.5% of GDP in 2026, with a planned reduction to 0.9% of GDP by 2028, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin said on Monday.
