Kazakh premier orders timely coal, fuel oil deliveries ahead of heating season

ASTANA. Aug 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has ordered the timely delivery of coal and fuel oil to energy facilities ahead of the upcoming heating season.
