Kazakh prime minister orders accelerated preparations for heating season

ASTANA. Aug 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has expressed concern over delays in repairing energy infrastructure and utilities in several regions and instructed that preparations for the upcoming heating season be expedited.
