ASTANA. Sept 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Authorities in Kazakhstan have completed an investigation into a high-profile criminal case against an organized crime group that kidnapped socially vulnerable citizens and fraudulently obtained large bank loans in their names, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office reported.
