Kazakh parliament approves delay of Baiterek rocket complex tests to 2025

ASTANA. Sept 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Senate, the upper chamber of Kazakhstan’s parliament, on Thursday ratified a protocol amending the 2004 intergovernmental agreement with Russia on the construction of the Baiterek launch complex at the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
