Kazakhstan's Freedom Bank and China's UnionPay Business to create e-commerce payment system

ASTANA. Sept 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan-based Freedom Bank, a subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp., and China's UnionPay Business have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop cross-border e-commerce in the wholesale sector, Freedom Bank said in a press release.
