Fuel traders urge Russian Ministry to suspend damper mechanism as fuel prices surge - sources

MOSCOW. Sept 5 (Interfax) - Fuel trading participants on the commodity exchange have suggested that the Russian Energy Ministry consider temporarily suspending the use of the current fuel damper calculation parameters if a difficult situation arises on the fuel market.
