Kazakhstan limits grain exports to China amid rail congestion

ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's national railway company, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), has imposed temporary restrictions on accepting certain grain exports for shipment to China due to a significant backlog of freight cars at the border.
