BISHKEK. Nov 27 (Interfax) - The foreign ministers, the defense ministers and the Security Council secretaries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member countries discussed ways to counter transnational threats, terrorism and cyber threats at a joint meeting in Bishkek, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
