Taalatbek Masadykov elected new CSTO secretary general

BISHKEK. Nov 27 (Interfax) - Taalatbek Masadykov has been elected new secretary general of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), incumbent CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov said at a press conference on Thursday.
