CSTO members welcome Russia's initiative extending New START - declaration

MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states welcome Russia's initiative extending the Russian-U.S. New START and urge the United States to support it, the Kremlin website reported.
