MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - American businessman Todd Boehly and a group of UAE investors have formed a consortium to compete for the purchase of Lukoil's (MOEX: LKOH) overseas assets, The Wall Street Journal reports, quoting consulting firm Xtellus Partners, acting for the bidders.
