Setting up CSTO humanitarian response center in Tajikistan important for Central Asia's security

DUSHANBE. Nov 27 (Interfax) - The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) serves the purpose of providing stability and strengthening defense capabilities, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon said at a meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council in Bishkek.
