Xinhai to invest $65 mln in Kazakh copper mine project

ALMATY. Dec 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - East Star Resources Plc has signed a binding preliminary agreement with Hong Kong-based Xinhai Mining Services Limited to form a joint venture for the development of the Verkhuba Copper Deposit in Kazakhstan.
