Kazakhstan, South Korea's KIND sign deal to develop Alatau Smart City

ASTANA. Dec 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Industry and Construction, the state-run Alatau City Authority and the Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation (KIND) have signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate on the development of Alatau Smart City.
