Strong winds in Novorossiysk complicate scheduled repairs at SPM-3

ASTANA. Dec 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Strong winds in Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiysk are complicating scheduled maintenance at Single Point Mooring No. 3 (SPM-3) operated by Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), Kazakhstan’s Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said on Monday.
