Kazakhstan seeks investors to build 4th oil refinery

ASTANA. Dec 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is seeking potential investors to build a fourth oil refinery with a design capacity of 10 million tonnes a year, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said Monday.
