Kazakhstan plans to issue panda bonds in Jan-Feb 2026 for $300 mln - $400 mln

ASTANA. Dec 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Kazakh Finance Ministry intends to place panda bonds for $300 million to $400 million in January-February 2026, Kazakh Finance Minister Madi Takiyev told Interfax.
