First draft of new Constitution prepared in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Jan 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Constitutional Commission has prepared the first draft of Kazakhstan's new Constitution, which includes a preamble, 11 sections, and 95 articles, Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court Bakhyt Nurmukhanov announced.
