Tokayev congratulates Xi Jinping on Chinese New Year

ASTANA. Feb. 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory message to Chinese President Xi Jinping on the occasion of the Chinese New Year, also known as the Spring Festival, the presidential press service said.
