ASTANA/BISHKEK. Feb 17 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov have discussed bilateral and regional cooperation in a phone call, the Kazakh presidential press service said on Tuesday.
