CIS Observer Mission begins monitoring constitutional referendum in Kazakhstan

MINSK. Feb 24 (Interfax) - The CIS observer mission has begun monitoring the preparation and conduct of the referendum on the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Commonwealth's Executive Committee reported on Tuesday.
