Freedom Holding considers stock offering outside US, targeting Kazakhstan investors

ALMATY. April 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Freedom Holding Corp., a U.S.-registered financial services firm whose shares trade on the Nasdaq, is considering a stock offering outside the United States, founder and majority shareholder Timur Turlov said Thursday.
