Kazakh president congratulates South Africa on Freedom Day

ASTANA. April 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a telegram to President of the Republic of South Africa (RSA) Cyril Ramaphosa congratulating him and the people of the RSA on the national holiday of Freedom Day, the Kazakh leader’s press service said Monday.
