Kazakhstan in talks with producers to boost oil output – minister

ASTANA. July 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's Energy Ministry is in talks with major producers on measures to increase oil production, Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.
