Tokayev signs decree dissolving maslikhats at all levels

ASTANA. Oct 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Monday signed a decree terminating prematurely the powers of maslikhats at all levels, the presidential press service said.
