Around 21 bln tenge to be allocated from government reserve for referendum in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Feb 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Approximately 20.8 billion tenge will be allocated from the government reserve for the referendum on adopting the new Constitution in Kazakhstan, according to Central Election Commission member Mikhail Bortnik.
